Kirsten Smith, Marysville: The pitcher tossed a perfect game during a 14-0 victory over Port Huron last week. In five innings, she struck out five and allowed no hits or runs while also collecting two hits and four RBIs at the plate.

Colin Zimmer, St. Clair: The senior lacrosse player scored the game-winning goal in overtime on Wednesday, helping the Saints edge rival Port Huron 9-8 at East China Stadium. The effort allowed St. Clair to win the Mark Daniell Trophy.

Owen Flaherty, Croswell-Lexington: The senior boys golfer shot 2-under-par 36 during a dual match against Thursday at Lakeview Hills in Lexington. Flaherty was the 2019 Blue Water Area Conference individual champion.
