IBS Group Develops ADF System for Gazprom

RAMSEY, the Isle of Man, May 31, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --

IBS Group, a leading software development and IT services provider in Central and Eastern Europe, announces that it has successfully developed an Automated Document Flow (ADF) System for the Gazprom Administration. The project aims at building an entirely new document flow based on electronic data.

The new ADF System will ensure a smooth transition from mainly paper-based processes to a more efficient electronic workflow, offering user-friendly document access and tools to expedite business document creation and delivery.

With a rather tight deadline to meet, the project went from initial stages to commercial launch within 14 months. The process was spearheaded by an IBS Group project team working alongside Gazprom Inform.

The ADF System is currently used by the Administrative Support Team of Gazprom's Management Board and the secretarial staff across all departments. Following wide expansion in the coming months, the system will be available to 2,000 users. A special workstation interface will be developed for Gazprom's executives. It will be accessible from desktops, laptops, and mobile devices running on iOS. The system will offer one-click features for easy document approvals and sign-offs, based on digital signatures, and process implementation management.

As the Gazprom Administration regularly handles a heavy flow of documents with strict deadlines, the new ADF is set to provide significant added value for the company.
