Joomla Hosting Reviews Interviews Ben Gabler of IX Web Hosting

Joomla Hosting Reviews Interviewed Ben Gabler, Hosting Director at IX Web Hosting, about company history, corporate culture, technical support, hosting plans and future endeavors.

Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) February 06, 2013

To start of the interview with IX Web Hostings history, en Gabler told a story about the CEO, Fathi Said, saying, "Fathi had been working on getting into the web hosting business since he was 16, and starting a company had always been his goal. He chose IX web hosting as a name because one of his earlier ideas was Internet eXpress, and the IX just stuck."

Joomla Hosting Reviews inquired about the corporate culture of IX Web Hosting, asking what it was like and what a typical day consisted of. Gabler replied, "...when we look to hire people, for any position, one of our biggest considerations is personality. You can teach most people the technical ropes, but you cant teach personality. We want to hire fun people that are fun to work with. It creates a fantastic, energetic work environment."

When asked about technical support Gabler explained IX Web Hosting allows their technical support staff handle issues the way they best see fit. He said, "We give our reps all the time they need to fix an issue, and encourage them to take ownership of each issue until its completely resolved."

Gabler expanded on IX Web Hostings business model. The main differences between the plansiss how many websites you can host per account. He said, "Essentially, the perks and resources scale up as you go from Expert to Business to Unlimited. If youre planning on hosting one site, Experts for you. More than one? Business Plus. Quite a few sites? Go with Unlimited."

Joomla Hosting Reviews wrapped up by asking IX Web Hostings future. Gable said, Were also looking into getting a second control panel option for our shared hosting customers as well. We encourage every member of our staff to be as innovative as possible, so new ideas are always coming down the pipeline."

In the future, Joomla Hosting Reviews is expanding their interviews section to include more companies and interviews. A couple weeks ago they released an interview with SiteGround CEO Tenko Nikolov about security. They plan to have more interviews like this one released very soon.

Dr M: No malice in Ibrahim Ali’s bible-burning threat

By Clara Chooi Assistant News Editor

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 6 Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad came to Datuk Ibrahim Alis defence today, claiming the Malay rights leader had not meant it as an insult when he suggested burning Malay language bibles for using the word Allah.

Dr Mahathir (picture), who is the patron of Ibrahims Malay rights group Perkasa, told a press conference here that the Pasir Mas MP had merely been referring to a common practice of burning publications that have been identified as illegal.

Usually, if there is a publication that has been banned, the action taken is to burn these books.

So his (Ibrahim) view is that if this Bible is illegal in terms of policy, he chose to opt for the common method of burning them, he said after launching the coffee table book Antartica: Malaysias Journey to the Ice at Universiti Malaya here.

So I dont think that he (Ibrahim) had any intention to insult the kitab injil... it was not his intention.

Last week, The Malaysian Insider reported Dr Mahathir as saying that while Ibrahim supports Umno, the fiery leader does not speak for the party.

It is unfortunate that Ibrahim Ali should suggest burning the newly-printed bibles. That may be the way we rid ourselves of unwanted publications. It cannot be done for the Bible any more than it can be done for the Quran, Dr Mahathir had written in his chedet.cc blog posting.

But what Ibrahim said does not reflect the views of Umno. Unfortunately, some politicians would like to make it so in order to gain political mileage, the former prime minister added.

Dr Mahathir, who still wields much clout within Umno, was quick to stress that the ruling Barisan Nasional (BN) coalitions lynchpin party believed Allah to be exclusive to Islam but it had never advocated burning the Malay-language bibles which uses this word.

PFT: Ravens still await word on Ngata's injury

AP

Kyle Vanden Bosch has been in the NFL long enough to know the business realities.

Thats why he wont let being released by the Lions affect his personal relationships, or the guest list for his wedding this offseason.

Vanden Bosch told Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press he knew what was coming when he was called to general manager Martin Mayhews office last week, give his age (34), declining production (3.5 sacks last year) and the Lions tight cap situation.

But he said that wouldnt change the way he feels about the Lions, and that coach Jim Schwartz, defensive coordinator Gunther Cunningham and defensive line coaches Kris Kocurek and Jim Washburn will be at his wedding next month.

Asked if that might be awkward, Vanden Bosch said it wouldnt.

Not for me, he said. I consider them friends, thats with all of them. And anytime I get an opportunity to attend a Lions game Ill always be the biggest Lions fan.

Really, my whole experience just from the players I got to play with and the respect I got from my teammates and from the fans the fans have been tremendous and the coaches. . . . Sometimes you work at a place and theres people you dont get along with, people you dont like, but truly the relationships are what Im going to miss.

Vanden Bosch was a priority signing for them in 2010, with Schwartz visiting his house at midnight at the start of free agency. But that didnt overshadow the economic realities this year, as the Lions couldnt afford a $2 million roster bonus in March or a $5 million base salary.

Vanden Bosch said he wasnt asked to take a pay cut, and didnt know if hed play again or not.
