David further mentions that businesses who dont implement a social media marketing strategy may find it hard to survive going forward.
David also notes that web video is high in demand as a way for businesses to connect with consumers. YouTube is known as the world's second largest search engine and Generation Y love web videos. They enjoy witty visual stories they can share with their friends and family. Web video and social media go hand in hand says David.
A lot of businesses get overwhelmed with the constant drip of new marketing techniques required to stay relevant in today's marketplace, with many not knowing where to begin. David says marketing to Gen Y in an entertaining way will be much easier than many businesses think, and once they get into the groove, theyll also realize its quite fun.
