Constant Contact is an great e-mail management system. We have personally used it for many years. Their delivery rates are high, there system is easy for a non-techie to learn, especially after a couple of brief training sessions.

AWeber is another great e-mail system but it also has a robust auto-responder system. Again, we have personally used AWeber for many years. While it not quite as "user friendly" to the non-techie as Constant Contact it is much more robust. We especially like the ability to automatically un-subscribe prospects from a list once they have become a customer.
