We're with her fashion choices! It's not every day you see someone flawlessly pull off two different patterns in the same outfit. Well, leave it to Hillary Clinton to perfectly rock not two, not three, but four patterns in a single ensemble!

The 69-year-old was spotted visiting her daughter, Chelsea, with her husband, former PresidentBill Clinton, in New York City on Thursday, August 10. For her bold and stylish outfit, the 2016 presidential candidate paired gray checked trousers with a pair of gray polka-dot flats. She threw over a knee-length coat, which had two different patterns of its own: white squares on a navy background and navy squares on a white background.

This isn't the first time the former Secretary of State has surprised Us (in a good way!) with her fashion picks. Famously known for her monochrome pantsuits on the campaign trail, Hillary has departed from her signature style as of late.

Hillary attended the NYC nuptials of campaign supporter Marc Lasry's daughter Sophie on Sunday, August 6, wearing a floor-length Tiffany-blue caftan. Looking summery and chic, she paired the flattering item with a pair of silver pointed-toe kitten heels, a silver clutch and a pair of large stud earrings. She arrived with Bill, 70,who went for a simple, classic look in a black suit with a black tie.

Hillary has recently promoted another fashion item: "Nasty Woman" T-shirts. The "nasty woman" nickname, which she and her supporters chose to embrace after President Donald Trump originally meant it as an insult, was emblazoned on a black shirt created by comedian Samantha Bee in order to benefit Planned Parenthood.

"Support Samantha Bee & Planned Parenthood & buy a Nasty Woman t-shirt!" Hillary tweeted in July of the tops, which eventually raised over $1 million.

Blondes have always made headlines. This weeks New York Magazine notes that Recently, a study found female politicians with blonde hair tend to do better. Which does call to mind one very notable female politician and her relationship to her hair: For as long as Hillary Clinton was a public figure, Hillary Clinton was a blonde. But, theyd noticed that in the first photographs taken after the election, it appeared that she had finally given up the gimmick and let a bit of her natural gray-and-brown find its way in. According to New York Magazine, this is a good thing - Clinton rejecting a society-approved aesthetic.

But theres a catch. Yesterday, Clinton attended a film screening of Rebel in the Ryein New York, and guess what? Her bob is blonder than ever. Perhaps, instead of being politically motivated, Clinton just likesbeing blonde. And perhaps we shouldnt care either way - its just hair, after all.

Both former President Barack Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton are working on plans to campaign for Democrats in 2018, and Democrats worry they plan to change the direction of the Party.

Aides to Obama told The Hills Amie Parnes he is looking to resurface on the national campaign stage. Parnes also reported Tuesday that Clinton is trying to sort out what role she might play in the midterm elections.

Parnes has written several books about the Clinton and Obama races.

Although the pair bring a lot of fundraising firepower to a very crowded field of needy Democratic candidates, party insiders worry about who would control the party if either past candidate became too influential.

He has to be careful, Julian Zelizer, a professor of history and public affairs at Princeton University told The Hill. At a moment when President Trumps approval is falling so fast including with his base there is a risk for Obama taking center stage and triggering the energy that many Republicans currently lack.

Zelizer has a point. Republicans both on The Hill and in the White House successfully campaigned against the former president, winning control of the House of Representatives, the Senate, and the presidency during the course of Obamas controversial tenure.

But Clinton brings a whole new set of potential baggage to the 2018 electoral cycle. The DemocraticNational Committees leaks revealed that members of the party worked with the Clinton campaign to ensure she received the nomination over Sen. Bernie Sanders, and she her reliance on Hollywood elites and overblown advertising campaigns failed to win over key minority voters in key states like Florida and Pennsylvania.

Despite those drawbacks, Clinton insiders argue that the former senator could help Democrats in states that she won over Trump in the 2016 presidential election.

No one can argue that Clinton helping in those areas wouldnt be helpful, an unnamed Clinton source told Parnes. That is a priority for her.

Despite Democratic assertions, Republican strategists welcome the return of the partys greatest targets in modern political history.

For 30 years, Hillary Clinton has essentially been Old Faithful for Republican candidates,strategist Doug Heye told The Hill. Her continued prominence only helps GOP candidates with an electorate that historically is more favorable than what they faced in the last presidential election.

In September, theformer first lady and secretary of State will publish a book titled "What Happened"that details her experience on the 2016 campaign.
