And now Hillary Clinton is about to face trial. Here is why she will be found guilty.

Democrats have decided to embrace McCarthyism and denounce every one of their foes as Russian spies.

This tactic didnt work well for Joseph McCarthy at the height of the Cold War and it certainly wont work for Democrats today.

The present-day Russian obsession started with the Steele dossier that was funded by the Clinton campaign.

Even though most of the substance of the dossier was completely fictional it was used by the FBI as justification for spying on the Trump campaign.

The Democrats made the claim that the Trump campaign was colluding with Russia for years until the Mueller report showed that there was no evidence to support that claim.

If Hillary Clinton had stopped there she might have gotten away with it but she decided to press her luck with another outlandish claim.

Tulsi Gabbard is the black sheep of the Democratic Party because she refused to vote for their impeachment because she said that impeachment should be a bipartisan effort or it would divide the country.

The refusal to join in the Democrats self-destructive hatred of Trump has made Gabbard the target harassment from her own Party.

Hillary Clinton went after Tulsi Gabbard in an especially vicious way calling the Hawaii Congresswoman a Russian agent.

But Tulsi Gabbard just smacked Hillary Clinton with a massive lawsuit for her defamatory comments.

According to The Daily Wire:

Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) announced Wednesday morning that she has filed a defamation lawsuit against Hillary Clinton for the former secretary of states claims that Gabbard is a Russian asset.

In a press release published to Gabbards presidential election campaign website, Gabbard claimed Clinton deliberately and maliciously made false statements in an attempt to derail Rep. Gabbards campaign. Clinton made the remarks about Gabbard during an October 17, 2019 interview, saying, somebody who is currently in the Democratic primary [is a] favorite of the Russians Yeah, shes a Russian asset.

Gabbards press release notes that after Clintons comments, the media extensively republished and disseminated these statements, which were interpreted widely as Clinton asserting that Gabbard is a Russian asset.

In the lawsuit itself, Gabbards attorneys at Pierce Bainbridge Beck Price & Hecht LLP allege that Clinton possibly made the remarks out of personal animus, political enmity, or fear of real change within a political party Clinton and her allies have long dominated. They allege Clinton lied about Gabbard publicly, unambiguously, and with obvious malicious intent and that the claims have harmed Gabbard.

Hopefully this will teach Hillary Clinton to watch her tongue and stop spreading lies to try to influence the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.
