North Carolina Tea Party – Tea Party Command Center

Read Mark Levin's Ameritoia, we all should read and then re-read it. Mark plays the audio of the PBS series on Milton Friedman's Free to Choose first in book form (http://commonsensecapitalism.blogspot.com/p/free-to-choose.html) And add "Liberty & Tyranny," together these clearly states why almost all of our republican candidates need to read these books. You can not go into battle with statists, Idealogs, and a teacher of "Rules for Radicals" and talk to a public raised for 80 years on statism without being able to present the difference between:

Created equal to we are all equal, the basis of classes being defined and then placed against each other by statist.

Pursuit of happiness to minimum wage, Obama or Romney Care and any mandated coverage, non-right to work states, etc. increasing unemployment by making the entry barrier high.

Taxation with out representation to the 100 yr growth of the leviathan, fourth branch of government that is legislating without being elected.

Our United State was formed to create an army for defense. Read Jared Diamond's Guns, Germs, and Steel. I would follow that up with a very resent example by S. C. Gwynne's Empire of the Summer Moon. The Spanish opened Texas to us so that we would be the buffer that would be killed by Comanches. Comanches stopped Spain from moving into Louisiana a few centuries earlier so they sold us land they could not settle. Colt 45 and the Winchester rifle at the end of the 19th century gave us a military advantage. The people on the ground would have kill all the Comanches and felt no remorse. Superior Technology produced in volume and applied when needed is the message I received from the last two books.

(NOTE: everyone of these book is a best seller)
