I love social media but the analysis of the return on investment can be really frustrating. I love making use of social networking sites because it makes one easily build relationships with people thousands of miles away. But I dislike it not only because the crowd is huge and the noise is deafening but because people and mostly brands approach it the wrong way.

If you have a brands page and you are having sleepless night over it, then you might find a solution that could work for your brand.

What can you do to make social media work for your business online? Here comes outsourcing. Really it wasnt my idea. Someone threw it at me and I thought of it as a great idea. But how do you make it work?

So I started asking. Is it possible to outsource social media marketing and if yes, whats the best way to go around it? After researching the process of outsourcing and talking with some of my friends, here are some things I have learnt.

Not everyone joins the bandwagon of social media easily. Besides, with a growing percentage of CEOs making blunders online, outsourcing might be a way out.
