Megan Fox still hates social media and no longer has a Twitter account.

The star began tweeting on the social networking site last week under the @meganfox handle.

Apparently Megan doesnt understand why she joined in the first place, as she never really had much interest in the Internet.

"Some of you may or may not have noticed by now that my Twitter account has been shut down," she wrote on her Facebook page Thursday.

"I thought that 2013 might be the year that I finally blossomed into a social networking butterfly, but as it turns out, I still hate it.

"Love you guys but I will just never be that girl. Facebook is as much as I can handle. I'm sorry."

Megan didnt appear to get the hang of Twitter initially.

She may have lost interest in the social networking platform almost immediately after she signed up for it.

"I'm incredibly late to the party but I'm here nonetheless, so what now?" her first tweet read.

The 26-year-old actress welcomed her first child with husband Brian Austin Green, Noah, into the world at the end of September this year.
