U.S. Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., will rally Republicans at four stops in New Hampshire on Oct. 16, the same day former President Bill Clinton visits to speak to the Democrats' "Jefferson Jackson" dinner in Manchester.

Paul, who may run for president in 2016, was in New Hampshire last month as the keynote speaker at the state GOPs post-primary unity breakfast.

Pauls schedule has him starting the day at 9 a.m. with a get-out-the-vote rally at Republican Senate hopeful Scott Browns campaign headquarters in Manchester, just a short walk down Elm Street from where Clinton will speak that evening.

Paul then plans to be at a rally at 10:15 a.m. at the Republican State Committees office at 10 Water St. in Concord, followed by a noon pizza party with Plymouth State University College Republicans, and then a rally at the Republicans field office at 356 South Broadway in Salem.

Clinton is scheduled to speak to the New Hampshire Democratic Partys annual Jefferson Jackson celebration, which opens at 6 p.m. at the Radisson hotel in Manchester. While it is a major fund-raiser for Democrats, the event also serves to boost Democrats running for office. Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is scheduled to visit the state Nov. 2 for another rally.

Both parties have major national voices visiting the Granite State in the final three weeks to tout their candidates.

Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, the 2012 Republican presidential nominee, plans to return Oct. 15 to campaign for Brown in his race against U.S. Sen. Jeanne Shaheen, D-NH.
