Springfield, MO--"It's this killer, killer headache. It just makes me feel like somebody has an axe in my head and it hurts really bad." That is how Katharyn Deville feels from the West Nile virus. She lives in Texas. So far 80% of the cases have come from Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Mississippi.

There has only been one case in the Ozarks this year. According to the Missouri Health Department, a man in Laclede County who they believe contracted the virus a few weeks ago ended up dying. It's still unclear whether West Nile caused the death or just contributed to it.

Kendra Findley with the Springfield-Greene County Health Department said, "Once we get a confirmed diagnoses, we will call the patient, do a full investigation to just ask questions, where they might have been recently." The Springfield-Greene County Health Department has had only 2 cases in the past 5 years.

If West Nile became a bigger issue, it would be new territory. "I don't know what that trigger point would be. It would just be something we kind of have to go with and monitor the situation and just see where things stand and kind of make a decision as we go", said Mike Brother's with the Springfield-Greene County Health Department

Symptoms for West Nile are similar to the flu such as fever, headache, and fatigue. If you think you have it, you are encouraged to see a doctor who can test to see if it is the West Nile virus. "No, I would not call it a big threat. It's a big threat in other states right now like Texas but not here in Springfield, Missouri." said Findley.

The Taylor Bridge Fire about 75 miles east of Seattle has burned across an estimated 22,000 acres, roughly 35 square miles, of diverse terrain, ranging from dry grasses to sagebrush and thick timber.

The blaze was 25 percent contained Thursday morning, and fire management officers were working with local authorities to determine if some of the hundreds of evacuated residents could return home.

The fire started Monday at a bridge construction site. Officials have said at least 70 homes have burned. About 840 firefighters have been assigned to the fire.

Fire spokesman Mark Grassel said crews were strengthening lines at the fire's stubborn north flank where it has burned into thick stands of ponderosa pine and Douglas fir.

Laurie Plut said she doesn't feel out of danger yet. The fire has been right at the timber line for two days, just beyond the wood cabin she and her husband have been building over the past 12 years in a collection of 40 lots, all but five of them vacation cabins.

"We're still worried. It's extremely frustrating, but the firefighters have been working hard," she said by telephone. "And we have to love them."

Social networking start-up Pinterest has rolled out versions of its service for Android-based smartphones and for the iPad, its latest move to boost its appeal to a broader audience.

An online scrapbook where users can "pin" images and share them with others, Pinterest has grown to about 23 million users in July from about one million a year ago, according to online analytics firm comScore.

In its first official press briefing, Chief Executive Ben Silbermann said on Tuesday the Android app was among the most requested items by users.

The privately held company, which does not currently have any revenue-generating business, raised $100 million in funding at a reported $1.5 billion valuation in May.

Pinterest's move comes as some social networking high-flyers are feeling the sting of investor disenchantment. Facebook, the world's No.1 social networking company, is trading well below its $38 a share IPO price on worries about slowing revenue growth and long-term money-making capabilities.

Last week Pinterest opened its online service to the general public, ending a multi-year period in which users who signed up had to wait to be admitted by the company.
