Clearwater, FL (PRWEB) October 15, 2013
A Florida real estate marketing and web development firm ARME Realty.com has released their highly coveted web development meta tags development tool allowing real estate website developers to easily input meta data on thousands of targeted website pages for their real estate properties and other information.
Meta tags give search engines more information about a broker's real estate web page. This information is considered "implicit", meaning that it is not visible to visitors of the web page itself. The purpose of these tags is to provide the search engine bots with valuable information about the website pages being fed to the web portals such as Google and Bing. In exchange, these search engines then display the website listings according to the most recent algorithm. ARME Realty.com's newest software release leverages Google's data management system into more website pages found by prospects looking for real estate agents.
Simon Landers, a spokesperson for the firm, has this to say, "For a web developer, especially a busy real estate broker, the task of manually typing in meta data on every page of their website can be an arduous one. Our new meta data tool will eliminate much of the hassle by allowing the user to set rules which will then automatically populate meta tag data on all targeted pages published using the tool. A prospective customer familiar with this process will be floored when they see this."
Mr. Landers continues, "Our meta data tool is already included when customers list their properties on ARME Realty.com's new real estate forum. This platform will allow brokers to list their properties for free, and our system will do the hard work of building out a website for the broker using this technology along with the rest of our awesome and proprietary website technology."
The company is currently discussing the opportunities with brokers nationwide, and brokers or agents who are interested in learning more can contact the company at (727) 459-8841.

Conservative columnist Ann Coulter joined Fox News Channel host Sean Hannity on Monday night where she tackled some of the mistakes that Republicans have made recently in fielding winning candidates. She specifically attacked GOP consultants and named prominent Republicans who have mounted primary attacks on the GOP officeholders who are more likely to win elections.
Weve lost a lot of Senate elections, Coulter said. This is not a party that seems overly concerned with winning elections.
She said that both establishment and tea party Republicans are to blame, but most of the blame for those failures lies with Republican consultants. She named Newt Gingrich, Liz Cheney and Mark Sanford the category of Republicans who are not looking out for the future of the party.

I love Liz Cheney, Coulter said, but why should we be having a rancorous primary against a good Republican senator other than for Liz Cheneys ego?
I think shes more conservative, Hannity fired back. Coulter disagreed.
We are not concentrating on winning. We are allowing shysters to take advantage of the Republican Party, Coulter insisted.
Coulter and Hannity closed the segment with a battle over how to strike the appropriate balance between principled conservatism and being able to win elections.
