Eric Holder, man accused of murdering Nipsey Hussle, beat up in jail: report – New York Post

The man on trial for the murder of rapper Nipsey Hussle was absent from court Tuesday after he suffered a beating in jail, a report said.

Eric Holder, 32, was attacked by two inmates after he was transported back to the facility after he left court around 4 p.m. on Monday, his public defender, Aaron Jansen, told Rolling Stone.

Jansen said Holder, who required medical treatment for his injuries, was cut to the back to his head with a razor.

His face is swollen and his eye is swollen, Jansen told the magazine.

Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge H. Clay Jack told jurors Tuesday the days session was canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, and asked them to return Wednesday unless they hear otherwise.

Defense attorney Aaron Jansen told the magazine outside of the courtroom that the delay was medical related, but was not due to COVID-19.

Its not clear exactly where the accused killer was attacked. Holder has been ordered to be kept separately from other inmates when hes being transported, Rolling Stone reported.

Holders murder trial began earlier this month, over three years after he allegedly gunned down Hussle whose real name is Ermias Joseph Asghedom outside of his Los Angeles clothing shop, The Marathon, in May 2019.

He allegedly walked up to Hussle, 33, while he was speaking to a group of men and opened fire with an automatic handgun, hitting him 11 times and injuring two other people. Video shows Holder kicking Hussles head while he was on the ground bleeding.

Jansen admitted in his opening remarks that his client did shoot Hussle, 33, but denied that it was premeditated.

This is a case of heat of passion, Jansen told jurors. Hussle, he said, made an accusation against Mr. Holder that he was a snitch.

Both men grew up in the same neighborhood and were affiliated with the same street gang the Rollin 60s Neighborhood Crips in South Los Angeles.

Ten minutes before the shooting, Hussle and Holder had a short conversation in which the rapper warned him of a rumor circulating that he had been cooperating with law enforcement and giving up names, Hussles close friend Herman Douglas testified.

Holder didnt seem upset when Hussle told him about his concerns, he said.

Holders former gal pal Bryannita Nicholson testified last week that she had driven Holder to a restaurant in the same shopping complex as Hussles store.

Nicholson said she heard Holder say to Hussle in a loud voice, Did you say I snitched, before walking away from the rapper and two other men. After Hussle and Holder talked, Holder got back in the car and asked Nicholson to drive around the block twice.

Stay up on the very latest with Evening Update.

After passing the store a second time, he began loading his gun inside the car, she said. He told her to park in an alleyway, took two bites of chili cheese fries and walked in the store.

Moments later Nicholson said she heard gunshots and debated fleeing but was worried that Holder was hurt. He got back in the car and yelled at her to drive away from the alley and saw him put two guns in a bag.

Nicholson, who was intimate with Holder but had only known him for a month, said she didnt realize Holder mightve been involved with the shooting until after he spent the night and saw news reports of Hussles death.

Holder faces the possibility of life in prison if convicted.

When court resumes, Holders defense is expected to call two witnesses to the stand and take less than a day before closing arguments, Rolling Stone reported.

Alt-Right Incels at Deep State Daily Stormer Site Celebrate Buffalo …

Guest post by Alt-Right Exposed

Right on cue, the Deep State Alt Right movement has been activated in order to conflate President Trump and Republicans with racism, and hatred of women, ahead of the mid term elections.

Andrew Weev Auernheimer, webmaster of the Deep State Neo-Nazi Daily Stormer website, publicly praised the cowardly mass shooting and terrorist attack, by one of his followers, against innocent Black Americans in Buffalo, New York on March 14th.

On the Poast social media platform, WeevstatedViolence works. Terrorism works., and They have launched open war against us, and occasionally there are a few heroes that are willing to respond in kind. I support anyone that kills Democrats.

TRENDING: BREAKING: Highland Park Shooting Suspect Bobby Crimo III Taken Into Custody After Brief Police Chase (VIDEO)

In numerous articles on the Daily Stormer, and on their Gamer Uprising forum, posters have been celebrating the attack, and calling for more violence.

Andrew Weev Auernheimer is a convicted computer hacker, who was sent to prison after being caught stealing and doxxing over 100,000 iPad users.

Mysteriously, Weev was suddenly released by Obamas Justice Department, after serving only 13 months of a 41 month sentence. As soon as he left federal prison, Auernheimer immediately started to praise convicted Oklahoma City terrorist Timothy McVeigh, and he publicly called for statues to be erected of terrorists who attacked the United States government.

Weevthen fled to Ukraine, where he suddenly had someone tattoo a swastika on his chest, and started Sieg Heiling, while attempting to align himself with Donald Trump, during Trumps 2016 presidential election campaign.

This is all eerily reminiscent of Alt-Right leaderRichard Spencersuddenly doing Sieg Heils and praising President Trump right around the same time.

It has long been considered common knowledge on right wing message boards that Andrew Weev Auernheimer cut some sort of a deal with the feds, to get out of jail early in order to infiltrate, disrupt and neutralize the right wing.

Weev, who is of of Jewish descent, according to his ownmother, ingratiated himself to Neo-Nazi Andrew Anglin, editor of a site called Total Fascism, which was later became the Daily Stormer. Anglin allowed Weev to become the webmaster of the site, despite his ethnicity and his early release from federal prison.

Weev and Andrew Anglin registered the Daily Stormer in Russia, in order to conflate Trump and conservatism with Russia, during the 2016 election. If these two were not taking orders directly from Adam Schiff, it is hard to tell how they would act any differently.

The alleged Buffalo shooter, 18-year-old Payton S. Gendron, was an avid reader, and a huge fan of the Daily Stormer. Gendron promoted and praised the site by name in his manifesto, while describing himself as a Neo-Nazi, a white supremacist, and an incel. All of these buzzwords are constantly being bandied about on the Daily Stormer and on their forum.

Gendron also shared a lot of Daily Stormer memes on a Discord channel which has long been considered an FBI honeypot on 4chan.

Weev and Anglin recently switched the sites domain to a registrar in Communist China, but the CCP dumped them after the Buffalo shooting. It seems that promoting terrorism is a bit much for even the Chinese Communist Party to stomach, at least publicly.

The site is now only accessible on the Tor network, which is park of the Deep Web, or Dark Net, where drugs and child pornography are routinely trafficked.

The official Daily Stormer forum, Gamer Uprising, is still up and running on the regular Internet. A whois search of Gamer Uprising indicates that the forum is registered in Tonga, and is hosted in the state of Washington, on the notorious vanwa.tech.

It turns out that vanwa.tech is being kept online by a shady Russian company calledDDoS-Guard, which is the host of the official website of the terrorist groupHamas. Vanwa also hosts the8chanforum, where the Buffalo shooter just happened to post and hang out on. Just a coincidence, we are sure.

For most of the existence of the site, Anglin advocated Neo-Nazism, and called for the extermination of Jews, and the ethnic cleansing of all non-whites. As soon as Weev became involved, the site took an even darker turn, if that is possible, in which they started calling for the kidnapping, rape, torture, and murder of women and teenage girls, in addition to committing terrorism against all minorities.

Timeandagain, have documented how the Daily Stormer started promoting the Incel movement in the past.

The incel, or involuntary celibate movement is composed of losers who hate and demean women, because they lack proper hygiene and basic social skills. Most of them are addicted to pornography, so they do not have the courage to approach women without coming across as creepy.

Due to being constantly rejected by normal women, the incels become bitter and lash out at women, often threatening to rape them. Some, like Elliot Rodger, who is often praised on the Daily Stormer, murderedtwo people, all because of his inability to approach women.

In one recentarticle, Andrew Anglin celebrated the stabbing death of a 13 year old Florida cheerleader, Trystin Bailey, in 2021. While the rest of the world reeled back in horror at this gruesome, cowardly murder, Weev and Andrew Anglin celebrated it.

If all of this activity were confined to the Dark Web, that would be one thing. However, the incel movement that Weev and Andrew Anglin started, is beginning to become popular, even among young influencers on the right, who should know better.

The Daily Stormer is promoting and endorsing Donald Trump again, in order to, once again, conflate support for Trump with racism, terrorism, and hatred and violence against women. The exact same people did the exact same thing during the first year of President Trumps term, when they encouraged the attack on Charlottesville.

These incels and Neo-Nazis are not conservatives.

They are not traditional.

They hate Christianity and everything that the West stands for.

They are not part of our culture.

They are not American, and most importantly, they will not replace us.

How ‘alt-right’ MAGA extremism has infiltrated the Libertarian Party …

Liberals and progressives have long expressed mixed feelings about libertarians, applauding their views on marijuana, abortion and gay rights while disagreeing vehemently with their hardcore fiscal conservatism. Libertarians have a long history of describing themselves as fiscal conservatives who are social liberals and arguing that the War on Drugs and the evangelical Christian Right have been terrible for the Republican Party and terrible for the conservative movement.

The far-right MAGA movement championed by former President Donald Trump and his army of authoritarians and Christian nationalists is antithetical to many of the positions libertarians have taken over the years, such as abortion on demand and full legalization of marijuana and prostitution. But journalist Jeet Heer describes an unlikely trend in an article published by The Nation on June 6: a growing MAGA influence within the Libertarian Party.

Third parties have a political impact far greater than their electoral successes, Heer explains. They are the research and development wing of the political system. The Libertarian Party can rightly claim to be heir to this tradition of being a seedbed for policy innovations taken over by both Democrats and Republicans. If the dominant ideology of American politics since the 1970s is neoliberalism, then the Libertarian Party has truly punched above its weight. The Libertarian Party championed gay rights and drug decriminalization long before the Democrats.

But Heer goes on to lament that Jeff Deist, president of the Mises Institute, has become influential in parts of the Libertarian Party pushing MAGA-like blood and soil rhetoric. And Heer describes a struggle between the Libertarian Partys Mises Caucus and its Gary Johnson wing. Johnson, a former New Mexico governor and ex-Republican, was the Libertarian presidential nominee in 2012 and 2016.

In 2017, Arvin Vohra, vice chair of the Libertarian Party, warned that the Mises Caucus had been turned into a sales funnel for the White nationalist branch of the alt-right. And others in the Johnson wing of the Libertarian Party, Heer notes, have been equally critical of the Mises Caucus and its MAGA-influenced views.

Taking the Libertarian Party out as a competitive force will help consolidate the right-wing vote around the Republican Party, Heer warns. Once the Libertarian Party becomes a husk of its former self, the alt-right faction will continue to assist a Trumpized GOP in a way that parallels groups like the Proud Boys. MAGA Libertarians will be a potent vector for spreading bigotry on social media. The Mises Caucus are the nominal winners in the internecine libertarian wars, but the ultimate beneficiary could be Donald Trump.

More specifically, Kononovich brothers proceeded to the following statement:

Our case is completely fabricated from start to finish. What are we charged with? Pro-Belarussian views are being charged. We are being tried for our views. What kind of democracy can we talk about?

I want to appeal to the European left, to the Federation of Democratic Youth. Thank you, comrades. You are holding actions in Europe near the Ukrainian embassies in support of us so that they let us go, thank you very much. Together we will win!

Continue solidarity and protest in our support around the world, on all continents - in Europe, in Latin America, in other countries, because if the international community does not put pressure on the regime, we will rot in this prison.

And one more thing, I want to appeal to the European left. Comrades, we appeal to you and we want the deputies of the European Parliament to visit Ukraine and be present at our court session. So that they see with their own eyes and tell the whole world how the court is arranged.

Marxists are brainwashing us: The conspiracy theory taking hold among some on the right – EL PAS USA

In 2011, when far-right terrorist Anders Breivik murdered 77 peoplethe majority of whom were young Norwegian Labor Party membersin the massacre on Norways Utoya island, he justified his actions as part of the fight against Muslim and Marxist attacks on the West. His thought (if one wants to call it that) subscribed to the theory of cultural Marxism, according to which feminism, the LGTBI movement, environmentalism, atheism, multiculturalism, etc. are working together to destroy the free world. These elements have managed to inject the fatal virus of political correctness into society, corroding it and leading us toward a totalitarian future. Marxism continues to be a specter that haunts the world, now hidden in new forms. Breivik claimed to be fighting against it.

Popular with the extreme right and alternative right, cultural Marxism is a conspiracy theory that contends that the left, incapable of winning in the political and economic realms, has inserted itself into everything else to triumph in the cultural domain (here, the term refers to culture in the broad sense, not just cultural products). Progressive ideas would permeate society as a whole, and it would fall victim to mass brainwashing. We are not going to back down from this cultural and Jewish Marxist brainwashing weve been indoctrinated with to become useful idiots for international finance, capitalism, and war We simply want to defend working-class whites, our rights, and our nation, US alt-right agitator Mike Enoch declared at a rally.

As with all stories of this type, there are different variations, but the following one is quite descriptive: it all began after the Russian Revolution when the Soviet model failed to spread to other countries. Philosopher Antonio Gramsci argued that it was necessary to achieve cultural hegemony, that is, to dominate the landscape of thought, art, education, media, common sense, beliefs, and morals. If Marx had established how important it was to transform the economic base and that the superstructurewhere societys cultural aspects are locateddepended on it, the Italian theorist turned that theory upside down by including culture as another equally important battlefield.

The Frankfurt School philosophers (Adorno, Horkheimer, and Marcuse, who synthesized Freud and Marx), the New Left, and the countercultural movements of the 1960s followed in Gramscis footsteps. As a consequence, believers say, minorities and identities have come to conspire against capitalism, Christianity, the traditional family, and the free market; they have managed to silence dissent through the so-called muzzle of political correctness. All of this would be a successful translation of Marxs thesis to the cultural field: the aforementioned minorities would replace the working class as agents of revolution, and indoctrination would occur largely through universities infiltrated by these ideas. Large companies, governments, and political parties of almost every stripe would have accepted cultural Marxism in their environmentalist, LGTBI, and feminist elements.

This theory frames the ideological rearmament of the extreme right, which, since the late 1990sfirst in the United States and then in Europehas decided to stake everything on the culture wars. In their absurd simplicity, conspiracy theories offer an interpretation of the world where everything seems to fit. Thats why theyre successful, says Italian historian Steven Forti, the author of Extreme Right 2.0 (Siglo XXI). A suggestive story is an effective way to make far-right ideas go viral against a spectral and fearsome enemy. Voxs leaders have referred directly to these ideas. For example, Santiago Abascal, the leader of the party, has occasionally pointed out the urgent need to curb cultural Marxism. Similarly, though not quite as explicitly, PP politician Isabel Daz Ayuso has proclaimed her resonant slogan, communism or freedom. In his book, The Return of Communism (Espasa), journalist Federico Jimnez Losantos warns of this threat and associates queer theory-allied feminism with the alleged return of communism. They tend to see crypto-communists ready to destroy their freedom everywhere.

Some see traces of similar logic in earlier currents. As in Judeo-Bolshevism, cultural Marxism homogenizes large groups of shadowy enemies and attributes a secret plan to disrupt society to them, Yale University Professor Samuel Moyn writes in the New York Times. The Hollywood Red Scare, provoked by Senator Joseph McCarthy, and the subsequent witch hunts followed a similar pattern.

These days, in certain quarters (most notably, on social media), even climate change is seen as a hoax to justify installing a green dictatorship. Of course, conspiracy theorists favorite businessman, George Soros, is usually in the mix. When Santiago Abascal talks about a progressive dictatorship or Donald Trump mentions a dictatorship of political correctness, they are largely talking about the same thing, Forti points out. Curiously, on the left, rather than feeling that they have surreptitiously dominated the world, the opposite sensation prevails: the sense of constant defeat and an uncertain future amidst capitalism thats stronger and more deregulated than ever.

Actually, the theory of cultural Marxism contains a grain of truth, which is why many people find it credible. Indeed, since Gramsci and the Frankfurt School, through counterculture and the New Left, the left has increasingly emphasized cultural and identity issues. Nevertheless, were dealing with a conspiracy theory because it takes some real trendsthe fact that the left lost influence in a changing working classto create a story about the coordinated infiltration of institutions. It is the idea that theres an army of moles undermining Western culture, says Argentine historian Pablo Stefanoni, the author of Has Rebellion Become Right-Wing? (Clave Intelectual/Siglo XXI). As Stefanoni notes, many of the dynamics attributed to cultural Marxism (the de-structuring of the family, the waning influence of religion, the mixing of cultures, etc.) stem from the dynamics of post-industrial capitalism itself.

Other far-right conspiracy theories also take small grains of truth to create an absurd story. For example, the great replacement theory, advanced by Frenchman Renaud Camus, uses the challenge of migration to invent a worldwide conspiracy of globalist elites who intend to replace Western civilization with Islamic civilization in just one generation. Generally, this type of thought attributes bad intentions to certain political and social trends in order to delegitimize them. The critics of so-called cultural Marxism are trying to revive the Cold Wars anti-Communist fervor at a time when communism practically no longer exists. Its a sort of zombie anti-Communism that fosters a sense of existential threat and combines ideological proposals, demographic and cultural changes, and socioeconomic processes with distinct and heterogeneous sources under the same demonizing label, Stefanoni concludes.
