Prior to his position with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Marcoux comes from the marketing automation and consulting industry. He was responsible for leading the service, consulting, implementation, marketing and sales engineering teams. Marcoux also worked in the residential real estate industry to leverage mobile technology for lead generation. He received his master's in business administration from the University of Washington and currently participates on the board for Washington CASH, a non-profit focused on helping those in poverty create businesses to change their lives.
