Socialite Paris Hilton has been globe trotting the past year as a nightclub DJ while simultaneously expanding her ever-growing business empire.

Tonight on New Years Eve, she makes her professional DJ Strip debut at Hyde Bellagio after arriving Monday night with sister Nicky Hilton to watch Britney Spears Piece of Me at the Axis at Planet Hollywood and party at friend Jeff Beachers Madhouse at MGM Grand.

In between her flights returning from Russia and a quick ski trip to Aspen, I had a Q+A session with the heiress, singer and corporate queen Ive known since she was a teenager.

How did you become interested in a celebrity DJ role?

I have always loved music and putting together different playlists for parties. Im close friends with some of the worlds best DJs, and Ive been going to clubs for their shows since I was a teenager, so Ive picked up some great tips.

I started seriously training about three years ago, and I love it. Its fun to mix songs that make people happy and want to dance. My family and close friends have always been so supportive, so they really encouraged me to start playing my sets.
