Hillary Clinton to speak in Broomfield in June

Hillary Rodham Clinton will offer a keynote address this summer in Broomfield an event that comes in the same month the Clinton Global Initiative will hold its America meeting in Denver.

According to a post on Altitude tickets, Clinton will speak on June 2 at 8 p.m. at the 1stBank Center. Ticket prices span from $50 to $200.

Additional details were not available.

Since leaving her post as Secretary of State under the Obama administration in 2013, Clinton has held several speaking engagements at universities and conventions for groups like the American Society of Travel Agents and the National Association of Realtors.

Clinton is widely believed to be a 2016 presidential candidate.

In a recent Colorado Quinnipiac poll, Clinton trails possible Republican presidential candidates like Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky and Rep. Paul D. Ryan of Wisconsin in hypothetical match-ups.

Denver will host the Clinton Global Initiative America both this June and in 2015, attracting the country's top thinkers and famous faces in business, government and philanthropy.
