CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (AP) A Democratic challenger has emerged in the race for control of the 25th District.

The Daily Progress reports (http://bit.ly/1C56KfK ) that 60-year-old Angela Lynn of White Hall filed paperwork this week in a bid for the seat held by 10-term incumbent Republican Del. Steve Landes.
