Vaccine Passports Not Needed: Study Proves There’s No Point In Vaccinating People Who’ve Already Had COVID – Christianity Daily

Kentucky Senator Rand Paul provided proof that people who have already been infected with and have recovered from COVID-19 do not need to be vaccinated against it any more.

The proof, coming in the form of a study, also "crushes the idea of vaccine passports,"Red Statenoted. This is because it proves that all people do not need to be vaccinated against the virus, and consequently do not need to prove that they've been inoculated.

"Great news! Cleveland clinic study of 52,238 employees shows unvaccinated people who have had COVID 19 have no difference in re-infection rate than people who had COVID 19 and who took the vaccine," Paul tweetedon Tuesday.

"This information frees up millions of doses of vaccines for those not yet infected in places with vaccine shortages like India," he saidsharing the link to the article by News Medical Life Sciences on the Cleveland Clinic study.

According to News Medical, the scientists who conducted the study wanted to evaluate the effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccine among those who were and were not infected by the virus. Individuals who were previously infected, as per the study, do not get any additional benefits if they get vaccinated as compared to those with no prior infection of COVID-19.

The Cleveland Clinic study, entitled "Necessity of COVID-19 Vaccination In Previously Infected Individuals," involved 52,238 employees of the Cleveland Clinic Health System that worked on December 16, 2020 in Ohio and comprise a mixture of vaccinated people and COVID-19-infected people.

"The cumulative incidence of SARS-CoV-2 infection remained almost zero among previously infected unvaccinated subjects, previously infected subjects who were vaccinated, and previously uninfected subjects who were vaccinated, compared with a steady increase in cumulative incidence among previously uninfected subjects who remained unvaccinated," the results of the study said in its Abstract.

The study pointed out that there was no repeat infection on the 1,359 respondents who did not get vaccinated after previously being infected by COVID-19.

As per the five-man team of scientists who conducted the study, people who have not been infected by the virus should be prioritized for vaccination since previously-infected people would be "unlikely to benefit" from it.

RedState highlighted that the study reveals the reality and effectivity of natural immunity. It pointed out that what was previously pushed by many - that people with natural immunity do not need to get vaccinated anymore, since they've already acquired resistance to the virus due to their prior infection and eventual recovery.

"That's not to say a person who has had COVID can't get vaccinated. It's a free country, after all, but there's no reason to force people to do so," the media outfit stressed.

Last January, President Joe Biden mandatedthe use of an individual's COVID-19 vaccination for travel as a precursor to the vaccination passport. Although the bid was highly opposedby state legislators out of their concern for the protection of citizens' privacy, since the vaccination passport would be run using private company platforms and will be used by various businesses.

The mandate to require vaccination credentials are also blasted as a precursor to China's system of controlover its citizens.

Rand Paul says his family has received death threats over …

Sen. Rand Paul said his family has received at least five death threats over his public disagreements with National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director Dr. Anthony Fauci.

This week, Ive had five death threats just for being outspoken on it, Paul said during an episode on Fox Newss Hannity.

Paul, who has repeatedly called for Faucis firing, told host Sean Hannity that having a civil disagreement was no longer possible as his family suffered as a repercussion to the public feuds.

I dont know what the worlds coming to. You cant ask honest, difficult questions that, in the end, have proved out that Dr. Fauci was not being honest with us, but as a repercussion, my family had white powder sent to our house and five death threats phoned in, the Kentucky Republican said.

In May, Paul shared that his family received an envelope containing white powder. It included a threatening letter with a photo of a gun to Pauls head and the words Ill finish what your neighbor started, you motherf*****," referring to a 2017 incident in which Paul was hospitalized with broken ribs after his neighbor assaulted him.

TRUMP SLAMS FAUCI AFTER EMAIL DUMP AND SAYS COUNTRY IS FORTUNATE HE DIDNT DO WHAT DR. FAUCI WANTED

The senator told Hannity that Faucis professional emails, which were recently acquired through a Freedom of Information Act request and published online, justify his past criticisms.

Theres been no more prominent scientist in favor of gain-of-function research than Dr. Fauci, Paul said. He still hasnt backed off of that position. He still believes that its OK to take animal viruses and make them into superviruses to infect humans. Even if a pandemic should occur, he says the research is worth it.

But you know what? Theres a host of other scientists in this field, and they say its not worth it at all, that we havent learned anything, he added. All weve done is put ourselves at risk.

Paul said the gain-of-function research used at the virology lab in Wuhan, China, needs to stop.

This is a bad one, Paul said of the coronavirus pandemic. This has about 1% mortality 3.5 million people have died. But theyve been experimenting with some viruses that have 15% mortality. That would be 50 million deaths right now.

So, this kind of research needs to not be funded by the U.S. taxpayer, he added. Its very, very dangerous.

COVID-19: Rand Paul says Fauci criticism has triggered death threats – Business Insider

Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul told Fox News on Friday that he's been receiving death threats for his public criticism of Dr. Anthony Fauci, the nation's leading infectious diseases expert.

In recent days, Paul has accused Fauci of misleading the public about the origins of the coronavirus.

The accusation is based on recently released emails Fauci exchanged at the beginning of the pandemic, discussing the possibility of COVID-19 being created in a lab, at a time when he was publicly downplaying the theory.

He also said Fauci lied about funding research into the weaponizing of coronaviruses at the Wuhan lab now being considered as a possible site COVID-19 originated.

"I've had five death threats just for being outspoken on it this week," Paul told Sean Hannity on Friday. "I've had five death threats. I don't know what the world is coming to, you can't ask honest, difficult questions that in the end have proved out that Dr. Fauci was not being honest with us, but as a repercussion, my family had white powder sent to our house, and five death threats phone in."

A representative of the Warren County Sheriff's Office, in Paul's home state, referred Insider to the US Capitol Police for confirmation of the death threats on Sunday. As of Sunday morning, the US Capitol Police had not returned Insider's email requesting confirmation of the death threats.

Meanwhile, Fauci has defended himself against the attacks he's been receiving from the right.

In an interview with Rachel Maddow on MSNBC Friday night, Fauci called the accusations that he lied to the public "fabricated," "nonsense" and a "distraction.

"My job was to make a vaccine and use my institute and these talented scientists that we have there and that we fund in the various universities to get a vaccine that was highly safe and highly effective," he said.

"We succeeded. All the other stuff is just a terrible, not happy type of distraction. But it's all nonsense."

He also maintained in a CNN interview on Thursday that he believes the coronavirus originated naturally.

"I still believe the most likely origin is from an animal species to a human, but I keep an absolutely open mind that if there may be other origins of that, there may be another reason, it could have been a lab leak," Fauci said.

Fauci, the nation's top infectious diseases expert, and Paul have clashed multiple times before over the necessity of wearing masks and the origins of the coronavirus.

I just don't understand what the problem is with him," Fauci said in an interview after Paul accused the National Institutes of Healthof sending funding to a lab in Wuhan.

Fauci came under criticism after the announcement of the book as many accused him of making money from the pandemic.

"He will not earn any royalties from its publication or from the upcoming documentary," the spokesperson for National Geographic said.

Paul has stated he is not getting the coronavirus vaccine due to the natural immunity he has from having the virus in March 2020.

Until they show me evidence that people who have already had the infection are dying in large numbers or being hospitalized or getting very sick, I just made my own personal decision that Im not getting vaccinated because Ive already had the disease and I have natural immunity, Paul said.

The political condition of our country is as pivotal as it ever has been. The integral part of the narrative becomes more and more sinister as layers of the COVID-19 investigation unfolds.

I got a call Tuesday morning from Sen. Rand Paul's office that the senator was going to be part of a business roundtable discussion that day at Murray State. Of course, we wanted to attend. Anything dealing with business possibilities interests me, as I'm sure it does you as well.

We all have our opinion as to who, what, when and where the issues in the country exist, however, when you get the opportunity to express your concerns and hear how the government is dealing with issues, you take it.

Straight party line folks will turn a politician on or off simply because of the letter in parenthesis at the end of their name. Those people will never change. They're straight-line Democrat, Republican, Libertarian or whatever and will be until the day they die. Their dad or mom was that party and that's good enough for them. I've heard that statement countless times. I try not to do that.

In listening to Sen. Paul this week, we heard some talking points, as I'm sure you always will when politicians are involved, everyone comes from somewhere. However, I will say that Sen. Paul had good things to say across the board about the myriad of issues facing our country. I found his comments to be common sense responses, instead of the political, party line platform.

One thing that Sen. Paul said that stood out to me in the roundtable is that members of Congress often get into heated debates on social and national media. On the contrary, behind closed doors in the halls of Congress, it's not usually that way. Conversations are more civilized. That's good to know because out here in the audience, the theatrics by the national media confirms to me it's for ratings. Which in turn means advertising dollars.

After all, the play up in the media means elections for some individuals who wouldn't otherwise have a chance.

Among the issues Sen. Paul spoke about was COVID-19. We have to prevent this type of pandemic from ever happening again and it's going to take bipartisan moves to make that happen. Who knew there were 11 labs in the United States that do gain-of-function research? They take an animal virus and make them transferable to humans according to Sen. Paul. What? When I heard this, I shook my head in disbelief and my mouth went dry. Maybe that's common knowledge in your household, but it certainly wasn't in mine.

Sen. Paul introduced a bill that has passed in the early stages to halt all of this funding.

This seems like something out of a horror movie. I don't care what the national media says, I'm a firm believer that COVID-19 came from one of those research labs in China. No doubt in my mind. If we know and understand the labs that are doing this in the United States, can you imagine what they're doing in Communist China? If you can imagine it, they're doing it and more.

If there's another one, it could be even worse. The problem is, if we stop research here in the United States, there's no way foreign nations will follow suit. China's pockets are too deep and money talks when it comes to the world stage.

At least we have some of our government officials recognizing the need for a drastic measure to take care of this. Let's hope and pray they succeed.
