Austin, Texas and Denver, Colorado are also seeing fast growth, with many new innovation centers increasing recruiting efforts for engineering talent. Engineering and software developer jobs are growing as many businesses are focused on recruiting senior robotics engineers, full-stack engineers and AI developers.
