Miley Cyrus calls a pap the c-word and then tweets about it

Gasp! Miley Cyrus has said a swear word. And not just any swear word, the rudest swear word of them all the c-word! The tongue-waggling star lost her cool with a paparazzo and deployed the c-bomb. Shocking stuff! She then decided to fess up before the photographer went running to the press trying to sell his story. Just called this paparazzi a C***. So before he makes breaking "news" out if it. Ill just say it. Ha-Ha #C***, she tweeted Reports that she then ran away while giggling, "I'm so controversial" have yet to be confirmed. Now, call us cynical but we cant help but think that this whole incident is just another part of Mileys ongoing campaign to prove to the world that shes a grown up now. She might as well have included a hashtag that said HeyImSoGrownUpAndEdgyNowThatIUseTheCWord! Still, wed much rather hear about Miley being a bit sweary at a photographer than see her tongue lolling out of her head as she grinds Robin Thicke.

'N-word' plaintiff wins another $30K for punitive damages

The black woman who brought a hostile workplace complaint against her black boss for his repeated use of the N-word during a lengthy office rant has now won a $30,000 punitive damages award.

That adds to the $250,000 she won a few days ago in compensatory damages from a federal jury in Manhattan.

The case pitted Brandi Johnson, 38, against Rob Carmona, 61, the founder of the STRIVE East Harlem organization to help those of lesser means find jobs and gain economic sustainability. Ms. Johnson said Mr. Carmona had used the N-word repeatedly during a March 2012 office discussion, in which he expressed his dissatisfaction with her work performance. She testified that the dressing down and his use of the N-word left her offended and embarrassed, and that she spent 45 minutes crying in the bathroom.

Mr. Carmona, for his part, said he was only using the N-word as a term of endearment and that in the black culture, the term was often expressed in love. A federal jury didnt buy that argument, and awarded Ms. Johnson $250,000 in compensatory damages.

On Tuesday, the jury gave her $30,000 for punitive damages, The Associated Press reported.

Its the most offensive word in the English language, her attorney, Marjorie Sharpe said after the ruling, AP reported.

Mr. Carmona will have to pay $25,000 and his business STRIVE the other $5,000, the jury said.

The ruling helps clarify whats been widely seen as a confusing double standard that blacks can use the N-word with impunity in public, while other races cannot, or else face cries of racism. Ms. Sharpe acknowledged the double standard and guessed the case would leave a lasting impression on other businesses around the nation, facing similar situations.

Corey Feldman Wants to End Cyber Bullying (When It's Directed at Him)

Corey Feldman's publicist proves, again, that there is indeed no rest for the weary, sending out this 600-word press release entitled "Corey Feldman Responds to Bullying," at 9:00 p.m. on Labor Day.

As it turns out, Corey is displeased about some less than favorable coverage he's been receiving in various news outlets of late (who, us?). To set the record straight, he's denouncing cyber bullying, likening himself to Pablo Picasso, and sharing the "exclusive" photo above from his recent birthday bash. The press release, reposted in its full magnificence, is below.

Corey Feldman Responds to Cyber Bullying with a Positive Outlook Announcing New Book, Lead Role in Theatrical Movie, Coreys Angels Projects and New Album

(Hollywood, CA) September 3 Corey Feldman has a lot to celebrate with more than 30 years in the film business, but lately hes busier than ever with the announcement of a new book, a lead role in a theatrical movie, the upcoming release of his new album and numerous projects with his very own Coreys Angels brand.

Last month, he released his new single Ascension Millennium on YouTube, which has received mixed reviews and controversy from the public and media. A personal birthday party he also hosted was met with strong criticism online; criticism Feldman strongly feels is cyber bullying.

Unfortunately, we have grown into a society whose belief system holds to bring down rather than to build up. Bullying is present in schools, homes, professional environments and online (cyber bullying), and here is a case no different from just that. I can take criticism, but what people are saying online as of late is far beyond that, said Feldman. It takes a lot of balls to put yourself out there in the hot seat, so I encourage everyone to not be afraid of what others will say or think. Move forward and ignore the haters, he added.

Since the video from Feldmans first single was released on MTV and has been uploaded, it has received more than half a million views in the US alone, not including Canada and overseas.

In August this past year, Feldman hosted his second Corey's Angels Birthday Bash, a successful party despite some of the negative reviews it received.

You cant believe everything you read or hear. Its the age old adage reality vs. setup, said Feldman. The Coreys Angels Birthday Bash was an enormous success, and were really excited about our follow up event. Stay tuned, he added.

The Coreys Angels web site, clothing line and private membership club are also set to launch in October. Coreys Angels will be hosting their next "Halo Wing" party on Friday, October 11th.
