Pyongyang, October 21 (KCNA) -- A seminar and a reading-session on leader Kim Jong Il's work "Socialism Is a Science" took place in Thailand and Slovakia on Oct. 11 and 13.
The chairman of the Organization for the Study of the Juche Idea of Thailand said in a speech that as soon as Kim Jong Il's work was published, it evoked a lively response among the world people.
He noted that the work is shedding its rays as an immortal banner indicating the road to be followed by progressive humankind, adding that, profound in its contents, it serves as guidelines for the world socialist movement.
The secretary general of the above-said organization said that the publication of Kim Jong Il's work marked an event to be specially recorded in the history of human thoughts.
He went on:
Kim Jong Il in his work scientifically analyzed the course of the development of history and, on this basis, clarified the scientific accuracy of socialism and the inevitability of its victory.
He firmly defended the socialist cause with his Songun politics and protected the sovereignty and dignity of the DPRK from all sorts of imperialists' moves to stifle it.
We will intensify our activities for studying and disseminating the work.
The chairman of the Slovak Association for Supporting the Juche Idea read the work and said as follows:
Korean-style socialism is the most scientific socialism with invincible might.
