Six months after losing the presidential election, Hillary Clinton is ready to wade back into politics.

The former secretary of state is building a new political group to fund organizations working on the resistance to President Donald Trumps agenda, spending recent weeks in Washington, New York City, and Chappaqua, N.Y., meeting with donors and potential groups to invest in, and recruiting individuals for the groups board of directors, multiple people close to the two-time White House hopeful and people familiar with the groups planning told POLITICO.

She is looking to launch the group, expected to be called Onward Together a nod to her campaign slogan, Stronger Together as soon as next week, they say. Clintons spokesman declined to comment for this story.

Clinton has been working with Dennis Cheng, her campaigns finance director who was previously the Clinton Foundations chief development officer, to bring donors into the fold.

Meanwhile, Judith McHale, who served as an undersecretary of state under Clinton, has been working with her to find groups to fund, as has former Democratic National Committee chairman, presidential candidate, and Vermont Gov. Howard Dean.

Clinton has started to fill out the board, which will include longtime ally and leading party strategist Minyon Moore.

She has been in conversation with a wide range of political allies to discuss her next steps for months, but along with her upcoming book, the group whose existence was first reported by Axios is the most concrete step. The new organization is not expected to have a large staff, but will instead focus on sending money to other organizations at a time that Democratic donors are largely unsure about how they should be spending their cash.

The effort is starting to come together as its leader is increasingly stepping back into the public spotlight and while her party is still searching for its path ahead. After going quiet for a stretch after the campaign, Clinton has started publicly supporting groups aligned with her main goals, and is now not hesitating to jab at Trump when asked about him.

On Tuesday, for example, she appeared at a Women for Women International event in New York, forcefully repeating to CNNs Christiane Amanpour her belief that Russian interference and FBI Director James Comeys intervention were the proximate reasons for her loss in 2016.

Hillary Clinton: Republican Health Care Bill Is a ‘Shameful Failure of Policy and Morality’ – TIME

Hillary Clinton is not happy with the health care bill House Republicans passed on Thursday.

Just hours after the House voted, Clinton took to Twitter to slam the legislation that Republicans are touting as the fulfillment of a longtime promise to repeal and replace Obamacare . Clinton called the new bill, which could affect health coverage for millions of Americans, a shameful failure of policy & morality by the GOP.

But she didnt stop at criticism. She also called on voters to fight back on behalf of the millions of families that will be hurt by their actions and tweeted out a link to a page where people can donate to help Democratic candidates run against Republicans who voted for the health care bill.

The vote on Thursday came six weeks after House Republicans had to pull a previous version of the bill because they failed to get enough support from their caucus. But the legislation has been amended to appeal to more of the far-right members of Congress.

The bill gives tax cuts to the wealthy and rolls back the expansion of Medicaid . It also reduces assistance to low-income Americans, defunds Planned Parenthood for a year and weakens protections for people with pre-existing conditions .

Because it was finalized and passed quickly, the Congressional Budget Office did not have time to score the bill before lawmakers voted. But the CBO found the previous version of the bill would have resulted in 24 million fewer insured people by 2026.

Now the bill has to make it past the Senate, where some Republicans have already expressed skepticism . But before that happens, Democrats like Clinton want to make sure lawmakers hear their objections.

This Guy Who Got Hillary Clinton Chelsea Clinton Tattoos Wants One of Bill Now – TIME

Hillary Rodham Clinton has some famous fans like Katy Perry, who not only campaigned for her during the 2016 election, but went so far as to dress up as the Secretary of State for Halloween .

However, there's one superfan of the Democrat who makes all other Clinton supporters pale in comparison Justin Smith, a 34-year-old man from South Carolina who loves Hillary so much, he got her noble visage tattooed on his leg and and even got a portrait of daughter Chelsea Clinton tattooed on his arm for good measure.

In an interview with Vice , Smith revealed that he's been a supporter of the Clinton family since he was ten years old, before Bill Clinton even took office, saying that he "saw at a young age that they care deeply about human rights," which hit close to home as he identifies as bisexual. He's had the chance to show off his ink of HRC to both Chelsea and Hillary, who he said apparently "absolutely loved" the tatt.

Smith also shared that he thinks his tattoo of Chelsea Clinton "might be the only Chelsea tattoo in existence" and that he hopes to get a Bill tattoo to complete his Clinton family body art portraiture.

See Smith's Clinton tattoos below.

Kellyanne Conway brutally mocks Hillary Clinton’s obsession with winning the popular vote – TheBlaze.com

White House counselor Kellyanne Conway mocked Hillary Clintons recent comments explaining her responsibility in the 2016 election loss. Conway appeared on Fox News Wednesday with Sean Hannity to discuss the election.

Hannity asked Conway if it was merely arrogance that lost Hillary in November. It was many things, Conway explained, but we also had a better candidate, better message, better campaign, better strategy and I think just more self-awareness overall, but I do want to push back on something Hillary said. She said that she was winning if the election were on October 27th, thats actually not true if you look at the Real Clear Politics aggregate, and I did today, in the six states that went for Obama in 2012 but Trump 2016, Florida, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Iowa.

You look at these states, she explained. Her numbers actually stay the same or in fact improved from the October 27th, to the aggregate that was taken November 5th, of course the election was November 8th. What happened was Donald Trump continued with his strategy of going and connecting with voters doing these 7-8 rallies a day towards the end.

Sure we had a fraction of the money, she continued, a fraction of the staff, we had a much better candidate and an actual economic message for working class America.

And what happened is the undercover Trump voter that I started talking about last July under a hail of criticism, Conway added, was real, people came out for him in the end. They wanted to vote for change, they wanted to vote against stale policies, they did not want a third term of [former President] Barack Obama. And to the extent that Hillary Clinton had hidden voters, theyre still hidden.

Even when yesterday, she continued, I mean the lack of self awareness was stunning, the idea that she ignored Wisconsin meant that Wisconsin ended up ignoring her. And the idea that she yet again mentioned, I won the popular vote. You know what the prize is for that? The participation trophy is second place.

Hannity and Conway were referring to former Obama aide David Axelrod criticizing Hillary for being unable to take responsibility for the devastating election failure that jeopardized former President Obamas legacy. Clinton has been roundly mocked for a recent interview where she says she takes complete personal responsibility for the loss, but then goes on to blame several outside factors outside her control.

Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) blamed the economic message of the Democrats for the election, saying that they have abandoned the working class, a frequent criticism from the progressive wing of the party.
