In a further sign of an impending shake-up in the ruling party, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Sunday that the party he leads cannot be allowed to stagnate.

Erdogan has repeatedly suggested changes are planned to the Justice and Development (AK) Party ahead of a general election in 2019.

We cannot confine the AK Party to stagnation in an era where Turkey and the world are changing rapidly, he said at a party rally in the southern city of Antalya.

He added that those become a burden to the party would be pulled off the road.

However, those who carried out their duties with enthusiasm would be welcome to remain, he said.

At a similar event in Isparta on Saturday, Erdogan said he was committed to fundamental change in our party.

The president also addressed possible links between some party members and the group said to be behind last years defeated coup -- the Fetullah Terrorist Organization (FETO).

Wherever there are those who are linked to FETO, notify us immediately and we are obliged to show them the door immediately, he told the crowd.

FETO had divided both the Turkish and the worldwide Muslim nation, Erdogan said.

Referring to the groups U.S.-based leader Fetullah Gulen and FETO supporters who had fled abroad, he added: They have parked in Pennsylvania, Germany, in different countries of the West.

You will escape to many more countries. You will escape to Africa. But you will escape and we will chase... Because we cannot tolerate my nation to be split.

FETO is accused of orchestrating the July 15 coup attempt that saw 250 people martyred and some 2,200 injured.

Erdogan said a Germanmagazine, Focus, made an interview with Kemal Kilicdaroglu, head of the main opposition Republican Peoples Party (CHP),who said "No one in Turkey has life and property security."

Erdogan added that the expression Kilicdaroglu usedshows he is deliberately defaming Turkey and complaining about Turkey to German public opinion.

Kilicdaroglu is trying to scareGerman investors and German tourists away from coming to Turkey, Erdogan added.

"Whatever lies these say [...] the interest of investors and tourists towards our country is continuously on the rise," Erdogan stressed.

Erdogan said: "Kilicdaroglu says 'Do not come', but the tourists say 'What is that to you?'"

He also mentioned the latest figures in Turkish economy.

"In the first quarter of 2017, growth is 5 percent, annual exports has exceeded 150 billion dollars. These signal good days ahead. Inflation has dropped to single-digit again," Erdogan added.

In addition, Erdogan said they are in preparation for a third airport in Antalya. He said they are planning to start at the end of 2017 the construction of the new airport in Antalya's west, which has an investment value of 850 million dollars.

He added that they are planning to open the airport in 2021 the latest.

Turkish president spoke on the phone on Sunday with the mother of the teenage boy who was martyred by PKK terrorists late Friday.

Eren Bulbul ,15, died from wounds sustained as he helped gendarmes track PKK terrorists in Macka, a town 22 kilometers (14 miles) south of the Black Sea province of Trabzon.

Gendarmerie Master Sgt. Ferhat Gedik, 41, was injured in the same incident and also martyred.

An AK Party delegation visited Eren's house in Macka on Sunday and during the visit AK Party Deputy Chairman and Istanbul MP Ravza Kavakci Kan called Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Kan later gave the phone to Eren's mother Ayse Bulbul to speak and Erdogan offered his condolences on the phone.

"We will take his [Eren's] revenge in a very different way," Erdogan said to her.

The PKK -- listed as a terrorist organization by Turkey, the U.S. and EU -- resumed its armed campaign against Turkey in July 2015.

Since then, it has been responsible for the deaths of some 1,200 Turkish security personnel and civilians, including women and children.

Erdogan speaks to mother of teenager martyred by PKK - Anadolu Agency

Few would be able to tell that actor Park Seo Joon, who has been in the spotlight recently for his portrayal of a playful boyfriend, used to be an intensely shy teenager.

In the recent hit drama series Fight! My Way, Park plays the spirited Dong-man, a boy-next-door type character who remains boisterous despite numerous setbacks in life.

Park will soon make his movie debut in the police-buddy flick Midnight Runners as the energetic cop trainee Ki-joon who leaps to action before thinking. Both characters are the epitome of unquestioningly confident youths with nothing to fear.

The real-life Park, however, was not so self-assured, he confessed. Park decided to begin acting in middle school as a means to escape his crippling shyness, he said in an interview.

I couldnt even order food at a restaurant, I was so embarrassed, Park, 28, said of his younger days.

I wanted to change that. And I have to confess I was drawn a little bit to the glamour (of acting).

So Park joined the animation club at his school and participated in his first cosplay event at a school arts festival.

That was the first time I wasnt afraid of peoples attention. It was surprising, he recalled of his first stage experience. I went to an acting academy for the first time when I was in high school. They told me it was too late.

Park went on to study theatre at Kyungpook National University and made his first drama appearance in the 2012 series Dream High 2 at the age of 24, unlike many actors these days who begin acting in their teens.

Park then starred in the sitcom Pots Of Gold as the spoiled son of a wealthy family and proved himself a talented romantic lead in the 2014 drama Witchs Romance.

His success came gradually rather than overnight; he began to slowly rise to stardom through the 2015 dramas Kill Me, Heal Me and She Was Pretty, and the 2016 period piece Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth. His performances were lauded as unforced and natural.

I really dont like it when you can tell someone is acting, he said. I want to be someone who feels comfortable in every situation. I think you have to be relaxed to be able to listen to others thoughts and, in turn, express your own thoughts.

Having come into fame only in recent years, Park says his years as a very ordinary 20-something help him deliver detailed renditions of struggling Korean youths.

Ive worked part time, Ive attended hagwon (after-school classes) Ive done everything you can do as a teenager and a 20-something in Korea. That helps me play everyday characters. Debuting late wasnt such a bad thing.

In Midnight Runners, which opens in South Korean theatres today, Park plays a budding cop-in-training full of passion, tenacity and sincerity, he says.

In the film, Ki-joon and his fellow trainee Hee-yeol, played by Kang Ha-neul, chase kidnappers barehanded and without formal police experience, with the sole goal of bringing justice to the world.

Hes someone who doesnt really know how the world works. Hes a little sloppy, just full of passion.

Parks chemistry with Kang was pivotal to the comical, youthful rhythm of the two protagonists in the film.

We instantly got along. We might have led different lives but the way we think is very similar, he said of Kang, who started out in musicals before moving on to dramas and films.

I was basically in my pajamas. I just sat in front of the window in my apartment and had a webcam, and that was it. And thats the video that took off.

So I really do believe that its not about the quality of your camera or your equipment. Its about the value of the content youre creating and how much youre actually going to answer peoples questions or solve peoples problems. And thats true of so many different videos on YouTube. There are videos that have millions of views that were shot on an iPhone.

The majority of people who find your videos on YouTube will find them by searching for specific topics, not by searching for videos created specifically by you. Therefore, most of the people who watch one of your videos for the first time wont know who you are.

A lot of people are going to discover you through search and they wont know who you are, Sunny explains. So when they discover me and they click on my video, if Im sitting there and spending two minutes explaining who I am and what I do and why they should be watching, people will tune out because theres a million other people who are answering that question. So its really important when you script your videos to have a five to ten second intro, max.

In the introduction of your videos, introduce yourself quickly and then tell the viewer what they are going to learn in your video.

Giving them the outcomeupfrontwill help encourage them to watch your entire video.

In order to reap the full benefits of building an audience on YouTube, it is important to give each and every one of your viewers the opportunity to engage with your business outside of YouTube. Because people are discovering you and they dont know about you beforehand, its important to leverage your traffic, says Sunny. You dont want people watching your video and then going, Okay, that was great, bye, and then forget about you.

In all of your videostypically at the end of each videoinclude a Call-To-Action for your viewers. Give them something to do, like subscribe to your channel, visit your website, or sign up for your email newsletter, for example.
