Last year, Hillary Clinton was probably one of the most talked-about people in the entire country. She was the Democratic nominee for the 2016 Presidential Election, and in the months leading up to the election, she was in the news for a lot of different reasons. Although she didnt end up winning the 2016 Presidential Election, she is still probably one of the more well-known and relevant figures in politics right now, particularly in the Democratic Party. Hillary Clinton has millions of supporters across the country, and these supporters are known to express their kinship with Clinton through social media. They flock to numerous social platforms, including Snapchat, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

Hillary Clinton was born as Hillary Rodham in October of 1947 in Chicago, Illinois. She was an overachiever from a young age. Rodham was very good in class, and she was active in different extracurricular activities. She went to high school at Maine East High School, where she was an active member of the student council and a contributor to the school newspaper. During her senior year, she was voted most likely to succeed by her peers. Hillary was interested in politics when she was very young. Rodham obviously participated in things like student council, but her desire to create change in the world around her branched out much further than just that. She grew up in a largely conservative household, and so early on, she volunteered for Republican politicians. (During the election of 1964, she supported Republican candidate Barry Goldwater.) Heading into 1965, Hillary was still a Republican when she began to attend Wellesley College.

Hillary was a political science major with Wellesley College, and she continued to support Republican candidates in various local and larger elections. During the 1960s, there was a lot of political upheaval. While a lot of people Rodhams age were trying to take action against the government, Rodham was more inclined to create change in a more constructive manner. During her junior year, despite her conservative tendencies, she became an avid supporter of Eugence MCCarthys antiwar presidential nomination campaign. Although Hillary entered Wellesley College as a ride or die Republican, her time at the college caused her to slowly inch over to the Democratic side of things. She would go on to graduate the school with a bachelor of arts in political science, and following this graduation she would go to Yale Law School.

Around this time, Hillary began to date Bill Clinton. They were both law students at Yale, and they became very close over time. When Hillary graduated from Yale in 1973 with her Juris Doctor, Clinton proposed to her, but she declined his proposal. Although Hillary loved Bill very much, she was reluctant to permanently tie her life to his. Now that Hillary was completely done with school, she began to assert herself in law and in politics. For a time, she was the staff attorney for the Childrens Defense Fund in Massachusetts. She followed Bill wherever he went as he continued to pursue a career in politics, and all the while she sought out her own opportunities. In 1974, she moved to Arkansas (where Bill was running for a seat in the U.S. House of Representatives) and became a faculty member with University of Arkansas, Fayettevilles School of Law. Around this time, Hillary also became the direction of a legal aid clinic that was run by the university. In 1975, just a year after moving to Arkansas, Hillary finally agreed to marry Bill Clinton. She may not have known this at the time, but this decision would majorly alter the course of the remainder of her political career.

It took her a while to jump on the bandwagon, but Hillary Clinton did in fact end up creating a Snapchat account during the summer of 2015. Hillary Clinton will be releasing a new memoir titled What Happened in the coming weeks, but there is no need for any to actually buy it. We are doing you a favor and exposing what actually happened, the absurd claims shell likely make in the book, and then hopefully well never have to talk about Hillary Clinton again. Ring of Fires Farron Cousins discusses this.

I have to start this particular video by explaining something. Several weeks ago, I made a promise to everyone that I would never talk about Hillary Clinton again, and, unfortunately, right now I have to break that promise. The reason Im breaking that promise is because Hillary Clinton has decided to thrust herself back into the public spotlight by releasing a shameless new memoir titled, What Happened. Today, to save you the trouble of having to read through that garbage and having to pay money for it, Im going to give you what I like to call a preemptive review of Hillary Clintons new book, What Happened. And, if you look at the cover, it says, What Happened, and then it answers it for you. Hillary Rodham Clinton. Probably should put a spoiler warning on that.

Nonetheless, here is what I see will happen with this book. Shes going to talk about the fact that she should have gone to Wisconsin, she should have spent more time in the Rust Belt. I see the errors of my ways. Darn it. If only I could do it again. Shes not going to go after people like John Podesta. Shes not going to throw any shade at Debbie Wasserman Schultz and blame her for the hatred that erupted over the Democratic Party from the people who supported Bernie Sanders.

Hell, she may not even mention Bernie Sanders whatsoever in this book. Shes not going to talk about the fact that her campaign created the narrative of the Bernie Bro, just like they did in the 2008 primary with Barack Obama. For those of you who arent pay attention, or werent paying attention, or werent even old enough to vote at the time, her campaign, her advisors did the exact same thing with Barack Obama. The Barack Bros. I forget exactly what they call them, but its the same thing they did with the Bernie Bros. They create this narrative, say that anybody who doesnt support Hillary Clinton is a misogynist and they just hate all women, which is not true. But they created that narrative and theyre partly responsible for the massive rift taking place in the Democratic Party today. But again, dont expect Hillary to say that thats what happened.

Furthermore, shes not going to talk about the fact that maybe she shouldnt have spent so much time behind closed doors with her millionaire corporate donors, and instead should have started reaching out to people. Shes not going to talk about the fact that she only discussed issues 25% of the time, according to analyses, and just spent the other 75% of the time making fun and talking bad about Donald Trump, which would seem like a decent strategy except for the fact that the American public actually tends to care about policy.

Hillary Clinton grossly underestimated what the American public wanted and she grossly underestimated everybodys intelligence. Now, Im not saying that Donald Trump is an intelligent guy, but he knows how to manipulate people. That is a form of intelligence and his manipulation, his speaking of the issues, enough though he was lying through his teeth, still convinced more people to vote for him than Hillary Clinton in those Rust Belt states. I know she won the popular vote, Im talking about the Rust Belt. Thats what cost her the election. Sure, shes probably going to blame Jill Stein a little bit. Might even throw Gary Johnson, a Libertarian candidate in there, accusing him of stealing some votes.

Shell give us a few passages that show that, oh, maybe she learned. Maybe she understands what she did wrong. Maybe we should give her another chance. Do you see how that train of thought works? Its going to be enough to convince the Hillary Clinton supporters that we should absolutely give her another chance and we should run her again 2020 or whenever the hell she wants to run again.

But that cant happen, folks. This book means nothing. Hillary Clinton is trying to, once again, capitalize and make a buttload of money off of the worst campaign in American history. She is trying to make money off of the fact that she lost to Donald Trump. Everybody else is living in misery, but Im going to write this memoir and make so much more money. Thats all this is about.

So, do me a favor. Do yourself a favor. Do not buy this book. Do not go read any reviews. Do not believe any of the nonsense that she spews in this book because shes trying to make a quick buck. Shes trying to manipulate the public into thinking that she actually learned something from that campaign, and eventually use that to make her way back into the national spotlight. She needs to go away. Its time to put the Clinton legacy in the United States to rest. You can do that by not going out and buying this book.

ERBIL, Kurdistan Region The fight against the PKK will be at the top of US Defense Secretary James Mattis agenda when he meets with his Turkish counterpart along with President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Wednesday, according to the US Defense Department.

Secretary Mattis will emphasize the steadfast commitment of the United States to Turkey as a NATO ally and strategic partner, seek to collaborate on efforts to advance regional stability and look for ways to help Turkey address its legitimate security concerns, including the fight against the PKK, Col. Rob Manning, the director of the US defense press office told reporters on Friday.

The Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) is a listed terrorist organization by Turkey and the United States. The group has waged a three-decades-long guerrilla insurgency against the Turkish government that re-ignited in July 2015 after an ISIS suicide bombing killed 33 young pro-Kurdish activists in Suruc during a press conference announcing a trip to help with the reconstruction of the Syrian town of Kobane.

Ankara links the PKK to the Peoples Protection Units (YPG), a group comprised of mostly Kurds, who the United States is supporting in the war against ISIS in Syria. The YPG and its political wing, the Democratic Union Party (PYD), deny any organic links to the PKK.

The United States has provided arms to Kurdish fighters in Syria, which the Turkish government believes will be used by PKK fighters.

We agree 100 percent with Turkey's concern about PKK, a named terrorist group. It is conducting an active insurgency in Turkey. It has orcestrated the killing of innocent Turkish civilians and Turkish soldiers ... and we support Turkey in its fight against PKK as a fellow NATO member," Mattis said in London after meeting with Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirm in May.

The United States military has tried to assure the Turks that arms and equipment will be metered out in an as-needed basis and will be accounted for, only going to vetted partnered forces to be used against ISIS. Earlier in August, the US Ambassador to Turkey denied media reports that the United States had supplied tanks to the YPG.

Prior to being in Ankara, Mattis will travel to Jordan and meet with King Abdullah II and the Jordan's chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff for the first time as defense secretary.

A shadowy offshore internet marketing company based in the tax haven of Panama now has control of a toxic dump of 9 million used tyres considered a huge fire risk in the state's west.

The notorious Stawell tyre stockpile, one of the world's biggest, has largely sat dormant for nearly a decade, despite major environmental concerns and repeated orders for it to be cleaned up.

Anger in the community has reached boiling point, as repeated inaction finally led the Environment Protection Authority last week to declare it would take charge of the dump unless the fire danger was reduced. If fully ignited, it could burn for months.

The previous owner had promised residents that it would rid the country town of the dangerous mass of rubber using a controversial recycling process known as pyrolysis, which involves breaking down the tyres at high temperatures.

However that plan has not reached fruition and with the threat of action looming, Fairfax Media can reveal that ownership of the site has been transferred in recent months to an overseas company known as "Internet Marketing Solutions Corp".

A title search shows the transfer of the Saleyards Road property by the previous owner Used Tyre Recycling Corporation was completed on June 8.

No ACN or Australian address is listed for Internet Marketing Solutions Corp on the land title. The company is based in the central American country of Panama.

Panama company records show Internet Marketing Solutions Corp was registered in 2010 as a "sociedad anonima" or anonymous society, a form of private corporation which protects the identity of shareholders.

Directors listed on the company's documents are linked to hundreds of other entities in Panama.

The sole director of the Used Tyre Recycling Corporation, Matthew Starr, said he was not connected with Internet Marketing Solutions Corp in any way and had completed the deal in New York City earlier this year.

Internet Marketing Solutions Corp bought the dump because they wanted to focus on developing rubber-based products, he said.

"I have never been to Panama and can't speak or understand any Spanish," he said.

It appears no money changed hands. On the land title, the property was transferred as a "desire to make a gift".

Dr Starr said the deal was backended, with an agreement that his company would recycle Internet Marketing Solutions Corp's tyres at a plant still planned for a neighbouring property.

Stawell resident Allan Cooper, 65, said the community had been worried about the tyre stockpile for at least 10 years, after the site's then-owner Motorway went bust in 2008.

He lives on Longfield Street, about one kilometre away from the dump, and had major concerns about the possibility of the town being blanketed with toxic smoke if it were to go up in flames.

"If it started the whole town would be polluted with smoke," he said. "There's no way known you could get everybody out that quickly and it won't take long to start up once it goes."

Mr Cooper said the town was sick of the buckpassing that had taken place in recent years between the owners, the EPA, local council and state government, and just wanted something done.

"If it was in Melton, closer to Melbourne, they'd be doing something about," he said. "They would have that much money poking at it. But they don't care."

Environmental groups have previously described the dump as a "Hazelwood waiting to happen". The CFA has assessed the site as a "very high fire" risk, with the potential for catastrophic consequences for the town of Stawell.

Panama company records for Internet Marketing Solutions Corp.

Environmental group Boomerang Alliance, which has advocated for stricter controls on tyre dumping, estimated there were 9 million tyres in the stockpile.

"Every year it stays there, the greater the chance of a massive fire," said Boomerang Alliance director Jeff Angel.

Lax regulation had allowed the stockpile to grow, he said, as unscrupulous collectors undercut legitimate recyclers with lower rates and then dumped the tyres without fear of reprisal.

He said the problem was improving as state governments tightened their laws, while major tyre brands also had begun sending their used tyres to genuine recyclers.

"However, we've got this enormous legacy problem at Stawell," he said.

EPA chief executive Nial Finegan said there was a long history with Used Tyre Recycling Corporation trying to get them to comply with various notices.

The EPA would seek to recover costs from the owners if it had to take control of the dump and reduce the risk, he said. The current owners have until Wednesday to explain why the EPA shouldn't take charge.

"If the Environment Protection Authority is stepping in there is a real risk to the community," he said.

Dr Starr said his company had stopped owning the dump on March 30, before the EPA had slapped the tyre yard with three statutory demands.

Any delays were caused by documentation having to be translated between Spanish and English and then approved, he said.

The company had previously tried to get a permit for a pyrolysis tyre recycling plant but claimed to be slowed down by red tape.

Dr Starr said the company had spent large amounts of money and had improved the site substantially since taking over in 2015.

"It appears that the EPA are overreacting at Stawell given the recent paper recycling dump fire in Coolaroo that took weeks to put out," he said.
