Hillary’s email scandal not over yet – WND.com

Donald Trump joked during the presidential campaign that the Russians should try to find the missing emails of Democrat Hillary Clinton, who used an unsecured server while she was secretary of state, and that perhaps he would authorize an investigation that might puther in jail if he becamepresident.

But since Trumps huge victory over Clinton in the 2016 presidential race, hes largely been quiet about any misdeeds she committed in violation of the trust Americans gave her when she was appointed by Barack Obama.

Others, however, have not.

The newest move comes fromJudicial Watch, which has sued the federal government for notcarrying out a routine assessment of the damage that may have been done to Americas security by her actions.

The case against the Office of National Intelligence and the Department of State is intended to force the government to produce a report that details whether Clintons scandalous private email practices damaged national security.

The lawsuit cites Intelligence Community Directive 732, a 2014 rule that requires a damage assessment to be conducted if there is an actual or suspected unauthorized disclosure or compromise of classified national intelligence that may cause damage to U.S. national security.

Despite Directive 732, Judicial Watch notes, the Office of National Intelligence announced in September 2016 that no intelligence damage assessment into Clintons practices would happen.

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton says the lawsuit gives the Trump administration a golden opportunity to hold Clinton and the Obama administration accountable.

The Obama administration conspired with Hillary Clinton regarding her emails, so it is no surprise that Obama officials wouldnt want to hold her to account for her mishandling of classified materials,Fitton said.

This lawsuit is an opportunity for the Trump administration to get back to basics on the Clinton email scandal and find out what damage was done to our national security as a result of her illicit email practices.

The suit zeroes in on FBI Director James Comey and the details he provided in his July 2016announcement that he would not refer prosecution to the Justice Department.

From the group of 30,000 e-mails returned to the State Department, 110 emails in 52 email chains have been determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received, Comey said at the time. Eight of those chains contained information that was Top Secret at the time they were sent; 36 chains contained Secret information at the time; and eight contained Confidential information, which is the lowest level of classification.

The lawsuit claims the Office of the Director of National Intelligencehas directly violated the Intelligence Community Directive 732 and failed to produce an assessment into Clintons email practices, which it is required to do regardless of what the FBI claims.

In addition to the ODNI and the State Department, Judicial Watch is going after anyoneeven remotely involved in obstructing access to the emails. The suit names Michael Dempsey as acting director of national intelligence, William Evanina as national counterintelligence executive and Rex W. Tillerson as secretary of state.

Judicial Watch said in its case in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia that it sought records about the decision beginninglast fall.

The problem, the complaint explains, is that during her tenure as U.S. secretary of state from January 2009 to February 2013, Hillary Rodham Clinton used at least one unofficial, unsecure email account, one or more unofficial, unsecure email server(s), and multiple unofficial, unsecure devices to send and receive email when conducting official, State Department business.

But the assessment was not done even after, following a year-long investigation into Secetray Clintons email practices, the FBI concluded that emails went or received by the secretary on her unsecure, unofficial email servicer contained Top Secret, Secret, and Confidential information.

While Comey found Clinton was extremely careless, he recommended against charging her criminally.

The case says it was Director of National Intelligence James Clapper who reportedly decided that the required assessment would not be conducted.

Judicial Watch said that if the intelligence community had conducted a damage assessment of Secretary Clintons email practices plaintiff undoubtedly would have submitted a FOIA request for the report of the assessment and for any other records about the assessment as part of its ongoing investigation.

Judicial Watch claimsthe Administrative Procedure Act was violated.

WND reported earlier this year a Justice Department inspector general started an investigation into the FBIs handling of the case.

Its rare for the inspector general to publicly disclose investigations, but Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz did just that when he announced the probe in a statement. Horowitz said the Justice Department will look into allegations that department and FBI employees improperly disclosed non-public information and whether some officials should have removed themselves from the probe.

The billionaire who funded the Hillary Clinton campaign – and the new Power Rangers movie – Telegraph.co.uk

In a six degrees of Kevin Bacon kind of way, there is a direct link between Rita Repulsa and Hillary Clinton. And, no, thats not a derogatory comment. Rather, the two wildly separate but equally iconic (okay, not really)females have the same man paying their bills. That man is Haim Saban, an Israeli-American billionaire and media mogulwho, through his vast, strange life, did as much to bring the Putty Patrol into the TV lexicon as he did bring a woman within a few questionable percent of the US presidency.

The unconventional connection stems from the early Nineties, when Saban, under pressure from parents groups and then-Vice President Al Gore about the level of violence in his TV shows, befriended Bill Clinton. The two quickly bonded, and Saban has gone on to become one of the familys largest financial backers, contributing $11.5 million to Hillary Clintons presidential run in 2016,...

Oh, My God, Has Donald Trump Had a Crush on Hillary Clinton This Entire Time? – Observer

It seems inexplicable that Donald Trump, a man with no political experience and seemingly no interest in the tedium and minutia of politics, would want to become President of the United States. Maybe Donald Trump had no idea what the job of President actually entailed, or he just became drunk on the attention and the adoration of the crowds, or maybe he just never thought he would ever win. Maybe its all of the above.

Or

Maybe hes been in love with Hillary Clinton this entire time. Maybe seeking the presidency was a desperate attempt by Donald Trump to get the attention of the only woman hes ever loved. She couldnt ignore him if he became the president. Hillary Clinton had already fallen in love with one Commander in Chief; maybe she couldfall in love with another.

What evidence do I have? Im glad you asked.

On a Swedish TV show, British actress Emma Thompson revealed that Donald Trump phoned directly into her trailer while she was in Los Angeles filming a movie.

As Thompson relayed the story: I liftup the phone. Hi, its Donald Trump here. I said, Really? Can I help you? and he said, Yeah, I just you know, I wondered if I could offer you some accommodation in one of my Trump Towers. Theyre really comfortable.

But Donald Trump did not call the star of Sense and Sensibility and Love Actually just to offer her a hotel stay. Well, you know, I think we would get on very well, Trump said, according to Thompson. Maybe we could have dinner sometime.

Yes, Donald Trump asked out Emma Thompson (she politely refused). But the most important detail of the story? The movieThompson was shooting at the time: Primary Colors, with John Travolta. Primary Colors, the 1998 filmbased on a roman clef about Bill Clintons first presidential run. And who did Emma Thompson play?

The Hillary Clinton character.

Sure, Donald Trump was still married to his second wife Marla Maples at the time (the two were together from 1993 to 1999; Primary Colors, which was released in March 1998, most likely filmedin 1997) but how could Trump resist? Hillary Clinton was First Lady at the time; Emma Thompson in a Clinton-like characterwas the closest he would able to come to his one true love.

Suddenly it all makes sense: stalking her around the stage at the third presidential debates, the childish insults like an elementary school boy with a crush, the fact that he still cant stop talking about her, even four months after the electionour president has a bad case of the mentions! Its just like when you have a crush on someone new and you spin every conversation into a chance to talk about them, except youre also undermining our democracy with entrenched partisanship. Looking back, Trumps entire primary run was probably all just an elaborate attempt to neg her.

But theres another piece of evidence: Donald Trumps Twitter fixation with Kristin Stewart. In 2012, the futurePresident of the United Statestweetedabout the 26-year old star of the Twilight franchise and her ex-boyfriend Robert Pattinson nearly a dozen times, after she was caught in tabloid photos cheating on him.

Donald Trump had a vested, emotional interest in Robert Pattinson leaving Stewart (the two were still together at the time), pleading with him that he could do better, that she would cheat again, that the relationship could never be fixed. Its almost as though there were another famous power couple, a couple who suffered through a massive cheating scandal and didnt break up when Donald wished they would.

Donald Trump could not publicly plead with Hillary Clinton to leave her husband, and so he pleaded with Robert Pattinson instead.

Hillary Clinton, I think is a terrific woman,Donald Trump said in an interview with Greta Van Susteren,in 2012, the same year as theStewart/Pattinson fixation.

Men do crazy things for love. Menelaus led his entire kingdom into war to bring backHelen of Troy. Henry VIII forced England to leave the Catholic Church. And Donald Trump? Well, Donald Trump wouldaccidentally rise to the highest office in the land, a role for which hes completely unqualified, and allowAmerica crumblejust to get that someone special to notice him.

Hillary Clinton’s Stunning Campaign Statement About Trump’s Ties To Russia – Huffington Post

We are dealing with something unprecedented in the history of this country...that should scare everyone. Democrat, Republican, and Independent.

James Devaney via Getty Images

Donald Trump should immediately disclose all of his tax ties and connections to the Kremlin and its associates. The American people deserve to know the full extent of these links and how they relate to what the Russians are doing..."

Hillary Clinton did not mince words in a speech delivered to a rapt crowd regarding what she explicitly referred to as the "relationship between Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin."

"Putin is manipulating Donald. Putin is a trained intelligence officer from the old KGB. He knows he can use flattery to get into Donalds head -- to make Donald the Kremlins puppet. And It seems to be working. Donald has signaled to Putin that he will let Russia do whatever it wants, from Ukraine to Syria and beyond," said Clinton in the explosive statement.

The catch? The statement was given during a campaign rally on a cold Monday night nearly five months ago, and only eight days before the 2016 presidential election, on October 30, 2016.

A captured snippet from the event in which Clinton addressed supporters in Kent, Ohio has recently resurfaced, but at the time it received relatively little fanfare and was not otherwise widely reported on, despite the explosive nature of its contents. This was, of course, three days after FBI Director James Comey publicly suggested that she was the subject of a potentially new criminal investigation into her e-mails, which did not pan out to be true.

In retrospect, the video serves as a shockingly precise warning about the rapidly unfolding quagmire currently before us, as potential collusion between members of Donald Trumps presidential campaign and Russian operatives becomes more and more of a reality.

As of Thursday evening, Representative Adam Schiff (D-CA), the leading member of the Senate Intelligence Committee, has gone on record to state that the FBI is in possession of new information that exceeds circumstantial evidence, and suggested that this may go before a grand jury.

Indeed, it appears that Hillary Clinton tried to warn the American people, who likely did not have the capacity or context to fully understand the weight of her words until now. But... she tried to tell us.

Other noteworthy moments from the speech not depicted in the video include Clinton quoting former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright: We have never seen a mind meld of the kind between the Russian leadership and a candidate for the presidency of the United States.

On the presidents authority to launch nuclear weapons:

The Clinton campaign has not formally addressed whether they will pursue any formal legal challenge of the election, though I previously reported on at least one possible (if implausible) legal scenario for consideration.

CLPOA enters into Fifth Amendment to Lake Lease | The Friday Flyer – The Friday Flyer

After years of negotiations, Canyon Lake Property Owners Association (CLPOA) and Elisnore Valley Water Municipal District (EVMWD) entered into a Fifth Amendment to the Lake Lease on March 10, 2017.

What does this mean for Canyon Lake? For one, the Lake Lease that would have expired on December 31, 2022 doesnt expire now until December 31, 2066. With the Fifth Amendment in effect, it also gives CLPOA a unilateral option to extend the Lease another 44 years after 2066 and on the same conditions and terms as are now in effect.

It also means that the Lake Lease payments that were being adjusted every year according to the cost of water will now be adjusted on a yearly basis based on the Consumer Price Index. Additionally, CLPOAs Lake Lease payments will never increase more than four percent per year. The minimum increase will be one percent per year.

CLPOA feels this is a fair and stable payment schedule and projects that it will save CLPOA millions of dollars just over the next 10 years alone. How does this benefit EVMWD? EVMWD gets the benefit of having a predictable and stable revenue stream from the Lake.

During the negotiations, EVMWD was insisting that CLPOA agrees to an onerous indemnity provision that would require CLPOA to indemnify EVMWD for all loss related to the Lake, even if the loss was EVMWDs fault. With the Fifth Amendment in effect, EVMWD is responsible for its mistakes, CLPOA is responsible for its mistakes, as well as those of its members and third parties.

Prior to the Fifth Amendment, there was no mechanism in the Lake Lease to prevent disputes between CLPOA and EMVWD from spiraling out of control. With the Fifth Amendment to the Lake Lease, there are now mechanisms in place to help head off any disputes that may arise between CLPOA and EVMWD. Specifically, there will now be an Interface Committee, comprised of CLPOA Board Members and EVMWD Board Members, who will meet as necessary to discuss any dispute between the parties that may arise. If the dispute persists, the dispute must then go to mediation, before a neutral third party, to see if the parties can voluntarily resolve the dispute. If mediation doesnt work, the dispute is submitted to streamlined arbitration, so it is resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The section of the Lake north of the north causeway, where the river feeds into the lake, is known as Section 26 of the Lake. This section was governed by a separate lease agreement between CLPOA and EVMWD. EVMWD had the ability to grant rights of use to Section 26 to others, under certain conditions. Now, with the Fifth Amendment to the Lake Lease in effect, Section 26 will be governed by the same Lake Lease; however, some special provisions will apply.

EVMWD is permitted to install fencing or other access control devices around Section 26 to prevent visitors from using this portion of the Lake. Section 26 will remain open to CLPOA and its members for the same uses that were previously in effect.

Prior to the Fifth Amendment, there were no requirements with respect to CLPOAs insurance of the Lake. With the Fifth Amendment in effect, CLPOA is required to maintain general liability insurance on the Lake, with EVMWD as an additional named insured, at amounts reasonable to cover any anticipated losses.

According to CLPOA, the current amount is $2MM per occurrence/$2MM in the aggregate. CLPOA and EVMWD have agreed to review the insurance limits on a periodic basis to see if any increase is needed. With this insurance in place, it will help to prevent any disputes between CLPOA and EVMWD.

Is the litigation between CLPOA and EVMWD over? Not all of it. The Tax Case (Riverside Superior Court Case No. RIC 1504034) which is now on appeal (Court of Appeal Case No. CIV NO. E065705) will be dismissed; however, the Declaratory Relief Case (Riverside Superior Court Case No. 1503428) is still pending.

The reason why the Declaratory Relief Case is still pending is because there are still a few important issues, which were not the subject of the Fifth Amendment, that need to be resolved. Both parties are seeking a definitive determination as to where the border of the Lake and shorezone actually lies. The parties also want to come to create a uniform process for future encroachments into the Lake/onto the shorezone, which involves all the necessary stakeholders (CLPOA, CLPOAs Members and EVMWD).

CLPOA wants to be sure that everyone is on the same page in terms of what improvements are being maintained in the Lake/on the shorezone. Currently, there is no standard process between the stakeholders as to what improvements are being maintained, which could lead to inconsistent rights and obligations between CLPOA and EVMWD as to the improvements and property involved. CLPOA wants to change that so that everything is as fair, consistent and predictable as possible. CLPOA says they are committed to cooperating with EVMWD to resolve these remaining issues.

A spokesperson for CLPOA said This truly is a monumental step forward. We are very pleased that hard work from both sides, and the patience and participation of CLPOAs members, has produced this durable and lasting agreement, which will preserve the special character of the Canyon Lake community for decades to come.
